  Song:  Halo Composed / Performed:  James Toller I had composed and performed this song for  the first book of my second trilogy (The HALO Trilogy): HALO - The Beginning. Two of the main characters had composed and performed this song to their future children just before they were to face an uncertain future. It was to convey their love for them, and as a goodbye. I played this song using a Cordoba Protege classical guitar and a Di Zhao Bass Flute.

Song:  Cory And Charlene's Song Composer / Performer:  James Toller This was composed by a character (Kuma) in the third book of the trilogy. Kuma had composed it for a young couple who had just learned to live and love fully.

Song:  Sofia's Song Composer / Performer:  James Toller This was composed by a character (Jim) in the third book of the trilogy. Jim had composed it for a child named Sofia, who was shortly to die.

Song:  Zoey's Song Composer / Performer:  James Toller I had composed this song for my book:  The Kuma Trilogy This song was composed by a character (Jim) in the third book of the trilogy. He had composed it for a child named Zoey shortly before her death.

Song:  Aishiteru (Aishiteiru) Composer / Performer:  James Toller I had composed this song for my book:  The Kuma Trilogy This song was composed by the main female character (Tatsuko) in the second book. It was her last song to Kuma before her death.

Song:  Sunset Composer / Performer:  James Toller I had composed this song for my book: It is a song composed by a character in the first book of the trilogy. This was composed by my character (Kuma) as his sunset song. It was to help him remember his family after their death.

Song:  Morning Calm Composer / Performer:  James Toller I had composed this song for my book: It is a song composed by a character in the first book of the trilogy. This was composed by my character (Kuma) as his sunrise song. It was to help him face a new life after devastating loss.

I had composed this song for my son...Alex. It incorporates the life and times of Alex For a more full explanation... https://2echild.blogspot.com/2018/12/alex-musical-composition-of-alexs-life.html I had incorporated the theme of an earlier composition titled 'Ahchan'... because Ahchan is Alex's nickname. While it is a simple song... it tells the story of my son. I had fun with this one. My next composition... I shall write for my wife.

In the future... I will put a recording of my compositions. I will add this one here later. I had ordered some recording equipment... and I will have to practice this song... so... it may take a while before I am all set up. Ahchan is my son's nickname. We used it from shortly after he was born. I had written this song with the vision of my son when he was a toddler. I was working on my mother's song... but... it is far more complicated. I have finished the melody... but I still must put in the harmony and bass lines. So... last night... I had this tune in my head... and I completed this song in a few hours. It is a light hearted song which I envision toddlers would like... and may even dance to. It is short...simple...and playful. I kept it this way as toddlers have a short attention span  :) I am also looking forwards to one day... playing this for my grandchildren. Anyway... here it is. ...
